Arsalan is an accomplished associate at Kung, Lo, & Jia LLP, practicing in civil litigation, construction law, and employment law.
Prior to joining the firm, Arsalan gained invaluable experience at a renowned litigation law firm, where his focus encompassed construction law and civil/commercial litigation. His expertise extends to immigration law, personal injury, and insurance defense, enriching his practice with a diverse range of legal knowledge. Arsalan diligently represents his clients across various levels of courts in Ontario and before tribunals.
A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Arsalan’s dedication to social justice is evident through his involvement in the Poverty Law Intensive Program at Parkdale Community Legal Services. Here, he passionately advocated for tenants’ housing rights before the Landlord and Tenant Board. Arsalan’s academic achievements include graduating with highest distinction from Ontario Tech University (formerly University of Ontario Institute of Technology) with a degree in legal studies and obtaining a diploma in paralegal studies from Seneca College.
